1. Publisher and contact
Mishae is a non-professional personal project operated in France by _alwvys, with development help from myana. These are public pseudonyms. _alwvys is responsible for publication and personal-data requests. Contact: mishaesupport@mishae.fr.
The website and bot run on an OVHcloud VPS. The primary server infrastructure is hosted in France. Hosting provider: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, RCS Lille Métropole 424 761 419. Hosting provider’s legal information.
2. Service and price
Mishae provides welcome messages, automatic roles, invitation tracking, moderation, profiles and music, depending on enabled modules and Discord permissions. The service is currently entirely free. No subscription or purchase is offered through this dashboard. Any future paid offer will have separate prices, conditions and consumer information before it is made available; this version does not authorize billing.
3. Access and server administration
You must meet Discord’s eligibility and age requirements for your country and control the account you use. Only users with Manage Server may configure a server. Music access is available to server members, with voice and permission checks for controls. Access may change when your membership or permissions change.
Check channels, roles, automated sanctions and log visibility before saving. Administrators must inform their members of the enabled features and use moderation fairly. Previews are examples and do not send Discord messages.
4. Acceptable use and content
Respect the law, others’ rights and Discord’s Community Guidelines. Harassment, spam, permission bypasses, unauthorized data access, harmful content and service disruption are prohibited. Only request music and other content you are entitled to use; Mishae does not grant copyright licences or authorize circumvention of a provider’s restrictions.
5. Intellectual property and independence
You retain your rights in your submitted content and allow its processing only as needed to provide the requested features. Mishae’s code, name and visuals remain subject to their applicable rights and licences. Icons are supplied by Icons8; Poppins is distributed under the SIL Open Font License. Discord, OVHcloud, Cloudflare and music providers retain their own trademarks. Mishae is an independent project; a verified Discord application badge is not an endorsement by Discord.
6. Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, network outages, Discord or third-party changes may interrupt or modify features. Continuous availability, error-free operation and recovery of every record cannot be guaranteed. Keep your own record of important moderation decisions. No clause excludes liability for which exclusion is prohibited by law or limits mandatory user rights.
7. Leaving, suspension and deletion
You may sign out, revoke access in Discord’s Authorized Apps settings or remove the bot from your server. Access may be restricted where needed to address abuse, a security risk or a legal requirement. Contact mishaesupport@mishae.fr to ask about a restriction or report an error.
Server settings, invitation associations and moderation records are retained while Mishae remains installed. Removing the bot schedules deletion from the active database after 30 days. Reinstalling it before the deadline cancels that deletion. The cleanup runs hourly while the bot and database are available; an interruption delays execution. Removals discovered after downtime start a fresh 30-day period when confirmed. A Discord outage or unavailable server alone does not trigger deletion.
Personal data is described separately in the Privacy Policy. Removing the bot does not delete messages already posted to Discord.
8. Changes, complaints and applicable law
French law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to your situation. Contact mishaesupport@mishae.fr to seek an amicable resolution. No clause requires a consumer to give up a legally competent court. Material changes will be communicated through the website or Support before they take effect where necessary.
