Write to mishaesupport@mishae.fr or join the support server. The project is maintained by _alwvys and myana. Support is provided according to team availability; no fixed response time is promised for technical assistance.
Report a bug or security issue
For bugs, include the command or page, your server ID, the approximate time, expected behaviour and a screenshot with private data hidden. Never send passwords, bot tokens, session cookies or OAuth codes.
Report security vulnerabilities privately to mishaesupport@mishae.fr, with “Security” in the subject. Do not exploit an issue, access another user’s data or disclose sensitive details publicly. For unlawful content or misuse, include the relevant Discord message link and context.
Open and save your settings
Use /setup in your server and sign in with Discord. Manage Server permission is required to edit settings. Switches and fields update a local draft and its preview; click Save changes to apply it to the bot.
Automatic roles and logs
For automatic roles, grant Manage Roles and place Mishae’s highest role above the selected roles. Integration-managed roles cannot be assigned. For moderation logs, choose a writable channel and select the events you want to record, then save. View Audit Log is needed to identify moderators and kicks made outside Mishae.
Music player
Server members can open the music dashboard. To control playback, use the same Discord account and voice channel as the bot. The Web player link belongs to the current playback session; it expires when that session ends. Use a new link from the current Discord player if an old one has expired.
Privacy and data requests
Email mishaesupport@mishae.fr for access, correction, deletion or an objection to processing. Include your Discord ID and the relevant server ID, if applicable, without posting sensitive information publicly. See the Privacy Policy for the applicable rights, time limits and retention details.
